Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Frames ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Frames is a web-based design editor for creating marketing materials, social media content, and visual assets. Your designs are stored locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Frames. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the designs and content you create using Frames. By using the Service, you grant Frames a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, during export rendering).

You agree not to use Frames to create or upload content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene.

Because your designs are stored in your browser, Frames cannot recover lost or deleted designs. We strongly recommend regularly exporting important work.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Plans. Frames offers Free and Pro plans. Pro plan features are gated and require an active paid subscription.
• Payment processor. All payments are processed by Polar, our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to Polar's terms and conditions.
• No refunds. All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.
• Taxes. Prices shown may not include applicable taxes. Regional taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) may be added at checkout depending on your location.
• Auto-renewal. Monthly and annual plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Settings before the next renewal date.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or any part of it without authorization.
• Abuse or overload the infrastructure of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or networks associated with Frames.

7. Intellectual Property

The Frames application, including its UI, built-in templates, device frames, and branding, is owned by Frames and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use built-in assets within designs you create and export, but you may not redistribute those assets independently or as standalone resources.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the loss of any designs stored in your browser, including loss due to browser updates, cleared storage, or device failure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Frames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of designs, loss of data, or loss of revenue — arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing frames.offl@gmail.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Frames operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Frames after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
